HENRY WINKLER – $6.3 MILLION, BEL AIR

Henry Franklin Winkler is an American actor, comedian, and producer who rose to fame for his role as Arthur Fonzarelli in the sitcom, Happy Days. With this role, he won two Golden Globe Awards and three Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series. It seems that he found his niche as he continued to work on comedy series like Arrested Development, Parks and Recreation, and Royal Pains. He received the Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for his role as Gene Cousineau in the comedy series Barry. As a successful producer, he also directed the films Memories of Me and Cop and a Half.

‘Fonzie’ bought his Bel-Air mansion for $3.4 million in 1993 and sold it in 1998 for $6.3 million. It was a good money management move that earned him double his initial investment. According to public records, this Country English-style mansion was built in 1934, with four bedrooms, 9000-square-foot space.
